From March 1st to April 12th, Carstens Steakhouse celebrates Restaurant Week 2026 with an exclusive dining experience just steps from Amsterdam Central Station. In collaboration with local farmers, butchers, and artisans, we bring together regional quality and seasonal ingredients in a relaxed setting.

During Restaurant Week, your evening begins with a refined amuse-bouche, followed by three courses from our Josper grill, where premium steaks and fresh seafood are prepared into pure and honest dishes.

The special Restaurant Week offer includes a three-course dinner with an amuse-bouche and a welcome cava for €60 instead of €75.
