Carstens is an urban steakhouse, located opposite Amsterdam Central Station. Offering simple, honest, flavoursome steaks and seafood cooked over an open flame, Carstens creates a connection between the farm and the city in a relaxed and approachable environment. All ingredients come from our own soil and waters or have a clear link with the Netherlands.

 

It is the perfect location in the heart of Amsterdam to host your event or gathering. Our steak restaurant in Amsterdam can accommodate groups of up to 85 people and is available daily for lunch, dinner or drinks on request.

In addition to a Dutch inspired menu of premium steak and seafood, Carstens also offers an extensive beverage menu. Again, linked to The Netherlands. Beers, wines and cocktails with a Dutch origin, or made by Dutch and European producers.
