About Carstens Restaurant Week 2026

This year, Carstens Steakhouse invites guests to celebrate Restaurant Week. Just a few Steps from Amsterdam Central Station, the restaurant showcases local ingredients sourced in partnership with farmers and artisans.

Guests begin their meal with a welcoming amuse, followed by a three course menu prepared on the signature Josper grill, where premium steaks and fresh seafood are transformed into simple and honest flavours.

The Restaurant Week offer includes the full experience with an amuse and a welcome cava for €60 instead of €75.
