“A favorite was the entree of smoked mackerel spread with toast, and the main courses were also very tasty; Beef neck and Confit de Canard with sauerkraut and pommes pave, both in a delicious rich gravy.

Because the menu at Carstens is seasonal, new dishes are regularly on the menu. Reason enough to come back and discover new flavors. Even the drinks menu is focused on connecting with Dutch makers. For example, in addition to fine wines, there are many beers from local craft breweries.”
